Founded the practice in 1997 after nine years in commercial litigation. Conveyancing, subdivision and the difficult titles that other practices have already looked at. Takes the first call on most property matters.

Nadine Whyte-Barrett

Partner

Commercial and employment. Drafted the shareholders' agreements for about a third of the owner-managed businesses this practice acts for, and has appeared in the Industrial Disputes Tribunal since 2009.

Rohan Beckford

Associate

Probate and estate administration, including estates with beneficiaries abroad. Called in 2014. Advises against contesting an estate more often than for it.
